How To Purchase Formwork With The Startup Discount

The normal price for Formwork QMS + Techdoc is 799€ / month, however we do offer a startup discount which brings down the price to 499€ / month. Interested? Here's how you purchase at this price!
First off, here are the criteria for whether you're eligible for the discount:

First off, here are the criteria for whether you're eligible for the discount:
- You agree to us (OpenRegulatory) displaying your company's logo on our website (this one).
- You'll provide us with a testimonial later which we can also show on our website.
- You'll give us feedback on things which can be improved in Formwork.
If you're fine with those three things, you're good to go! Here's what you need to do next:
- Send your company's logo (transparent png preferred) to [email protected], mentioning the Formwork startup discount.
- Purchase. No need to wait for us to reply. Read on!
How To Purchase
After you've sent us your logo, you can simply go ahead and purchase at the reduced price. Here's how you do that:
1. Navigate to Settings (top right corner) --> Billing:

Select the QMS + Techdoc plan for 799€. We'll reduce the price in the next step.
2. Reduce your price to 499€
Now, select "Add discount" (see below), and enter the coupon code PILOT to reduce the price to 499€:

The new price of 499€ before taxes will be displayed.
And that's it already! Feel free to finish the checkout process by yourself.
There's one more optional side quest if you're an EU company and would like to simplify your bookkeeping a bit: You can opt to not pay us the VAT (value-added tax) and instead remit it yourself (this is called "reverse charge"). To set that up, click on "Add VAT number" in the bottom left section and enter your EU VAT number:
And that's it already! Feel free to finish the checkout process by yourself.
