How to register MDD devices in EUDAMED and generate EUDAMED ID/DI

Has anyone registered MDD devices in EUDAMED using the EUDAMED ID DI? I have an SRN, but I am unsure if I need a Manufacturer device code to generate the EUDAMED ID and DI, or whether EUDAMED generates these IDs automatically. Also, is this the correct site for the actual registration?

Yes, I have registered MDD devices in EUDAMED using the EUDAMED ID and DI. If you have the SRN, that's an important step. From my experience, we didn't have a specific Manufacturer device code and instead referred to the major version number of the device. EUDAMED itself generates the EUDAMED ID and DI during the registration process. And yes, the link you posted (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/eudamed/landing-page#/) is the correct place to do the actual registration.
